Released in 2012, In2ition is the second studio album by Croatian cello duo 2Cellos. The album was a great success, reaching number 1 on both the Croatian and Japanese Albums charts. In2ition is produced by legendary rock producer Bob Ezrin, who is known for his work with Pink Floyd, Alice Cooper, and Kiss. It features reimaginings of popular songs across genres, including 'We Found Love' (Rihanna), 'Highway to Hell' (AC/DC), 'Bang Bang' (Sonny & Cher), and 'Orient Express' (Jean Michel Jarre). The guest appearances on this album are just as eclectic as the choice of material. Virtuoso guitarist Steve Vai, world-renowned pianist Lang Lang, Glee star Naya Rivera, composer Karl Jenkins, Italian singer Zucchero, and the legendary Elton John all contribute their talents. Elton John, a vocal supporter of the duo, even invited them to open for him during his 2011 summer tour. In2ition is a powerful, genre-defying musical album where classical technique meets rock passion.
